Privacy
A plain-language privacy note for the Munify MVP
This page explains what Munify collects, which third parties help operate the service, and how readers can unsubscribe or ask for their information to be deleted.
Email collection
When newsletter signup is enabled, Munify will collect the email address a reader provides for newsletter delivery, double opt-in confirmation, unsubscribe handling, and essential service messages related to that subscription.
Munify is not designed to collect sensitive personal information through the public newsletter form. Readers should only provide the email address needed to receive the publication.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page usage, and general site performance. That may involve cookies or similar browser-based measurement technology.
Munify uses analytics to understand whether the site is being used, not to build detailed personal profiles of readers.
Resend and email delivery
Munify uses Resend to manage newsletter subscription workflow, email delivery, and related message processing. When signup is live, subscriber email addresses and basic delivery state will be processed through Resend so the newsletter can be sent and unsubscribe requests can be honoured.
Unsubscribe and deletion
Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe link. Readers may also request deletion of their subscriber information by emailing [email protected].
If a deletion request is received, Munify will use the available mailing and processor tools to remove that subscriber information from the newsletter system, subject to any records that must be retained for operational or legal reasons.
Contact and address
Munify is published by Capital Reasoning. Questions about privacy or newsletter data can be sent to [email protected].
